When you request a quote, download a template, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include: your name, company, email, phone number, country, and the shipment details you enter (origin and destination, goods description, weights and dimensions, commercial value, Incoterms and related notes). When you browse the site we also collect standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a logistics proposal and to arrange any shipment you ask us to.
- To contact you about your request and provide customer support.
- To meet legal, customs and compliance obligations.
- To improve our website and services, and (where permitted) to send you relevant updates you can opt out of at any time.
Lawful basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business — balanced against your rights.
Who we share it with
To deliver a logistics solution we may share necessary shipment details with vetted network partners (carriers, agents, customs brokers, insurers) and with service providers who host our website and tools. We require them to protect your data and use it only for the agreed purpose. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it
We keep request and shipment records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and customs retention requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
